By commissioning me, you have agreed to the terms I stated below.

1. Accepting payment in USD via Paypal.
2. Full payment upfront after concept sketch.
3. No refunds, as my income always goes directly to me and my family's food, bills, and survivability through the month.
4. Prices shown are for personal use only. For commercial use, please contact me to discuss further about usage rights and extra $$$ charge for commercial rights. Same to be said for any forms of modifications of my work.
5. I have the right to decline your commission for any reason.
6. My average turn around time varies from a week to few months depending on the amount of work I'm working on altogether at the moment, complexity of the piece, and irl situations.
7. If you have a specific deadline please do tell so I can decide whether or not I could fulfill your request.
8. Working time may take longer since urgencies often occur in my daily life. Feel free to ask for updates, and when possible I will reach out myself to inform you.
9. I have the right to post your commission anywhere I consider as my portfolio. Unless you communicate with me about keeping it private.
10. Under no circumstances should my artwork be used for AI training, NFTs, or to encourage problematic matters. Violation of this term will result in you getting blacklisted by me and reported to the artist community.
